Currently, we only deliver within Assiut city and all Assiut centers. We do not ship to other governorates at this time.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when you receive your laptop at your doorstep.

Our laptops are imported/used or imported/refurbished from international markets. Each device is thoroughly inspected, tested, and graded (A, B, or C) based on its condition.

All products come with a functional warranty (90 days only). The warranty covers manufacturing and functional defects. Cosmetic wear typical for used devices is not covered.

All laptops include a charger.

Yes! You have 7 days from receiving the product to request a return or exchange. The device must be in the same condition as delivered, with no physical or liquid damage, and all included accessories must be returned.
